Edmondson Park will be the first new town in South West Sydney to have its own train station. The site, located adjacent to the new Edmondson Park train station and on the edge of the M5 and M7 Motorways, is the first new town centre on the South West Rail Line.

Shopping

The new town centre at Edmondson Park NSW is now seeking expressions of interest from developers interested in purchasing and developing a landmark mixed-use town centre site at Edmondson Park, in Sydney’s south west.

There a number of shopping centres in neighbouring suburbs such as Horningsea Park, Carnes hill, Casula and Glenfield. A short 5 minute drive from Edmondson Park is the Crossroads Homemaker Centre which features leading retailers such as Costco, Bunnings and The Good Guys.

The major shopping centres in the area is Westfield Liverpool (9km) and Macarthur Square (20km) located in Campbelltown. These centres showcases hundreds of stores with a wide range of homeware, fashion, produce and retail providers.
