Edmondson Park NSW 2174 is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Edmondson Park is located 40 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Liverpool.

The suburb has an area of 827 hectares, dwelling capacity 6,000, population capacity 18,000, located 8 kilometres from the Liverpool CBD, 45 kilometres from the Sydney CBD and just five stations from Sydney’s future second airport at Badgerys Creek.  The Edmondson Park release area that will, over the next 10 to 15 years, welcome around 25,000 new residents to around 8,200 homes.

Getting Around

Edmondson Park is part of the South West Growth Centre and is expected to see significant development over the coming years. To support the new development, Edmondson Park railway station opened on 8 February 2015.

Edmondson Park was one of the first Precincts to be planned in the South West Growth Centre. Edmondson Park Precinct straddles Liverpool and Campbelltown Council Local Government Areas (LGAs). It is bounded by Camden Valley Way to the north, the F5 Freeway to the south and east, and Zouch Road to the west. Most of Edmondson Park Precinct falls in the Liverpool LGA.
